Hi,

We use SNMP Memory sensor to monitor Windows Server 2008. One sensor is Physical Memory, it show only 1% available, however, the sensor is still GREEN and there's no alert.

How can we fix this issue?

Thank you

Hi,
you would have to set up limits for the sensor which can be done in the Sensor Channel Settings.
After setting up proper limits the sensor should turn to error when a certain limit is reached.
Best regards

Hi Wolff,

Thank you for the quick response. We're using device template for it. Is there any way we can change the limits for all sensors that are running?

Thanks.

Hi,
you might have a look at the Multi-Edit function of PRTG. You should be able to edit all the limits using the same.
Best regards
