Problem data between different servers and prtg

Hello,

We monitor the free space on our servers with "WMI sensor disk" for some time, but we just see us back by PRTG data are not always the same as those on the servers.

Hello, Here is a screenshot. We can see that PRTG back 928 GB of free space on the server and found 906 GB

The screenshot from PRTG is in Megabytes. The Windows Screenshot is Gigabytes. Just set PRTG to show GB as well, then it should be around 906 as well

Please try changing the "Channel Unit Configuration" in the "Settings".

Could it be you are not checking the "Channel Unit Configuration"?

This is not the Channel Unit Configuration I'm afraid. Please go into the Settings of the parent device, there you will find the correct setting.
