Hi,

I need to use more than one PRTG server within Waltons but my license key will not allow this. Please can you assist?

Your license key is already used by another computer in your network, but non-site-license keys may only be used on one PC. PRTG will now run as Freeware Edition.

Only corporate licenses may be installed on more than one server. All other licenses may only be installed on a single machine. If you have a corporate license and are unable to license more than one installation, please send us an email to [email protected] with a screenshot of your "Setup -> PRTG status -> System status" page for analysis. Please refer to this thread in the mail.
