I have read the KB articles on backing up PRTG and it is a bit unclear if you have to stop PRTG to back up the Monitoring Database folder. Does PRTG have to be stopped to back this folder up?

thank you very much for your KB-Post. Yes, we recommend to stop the PRTG Services for this, for data integrity.
