Hello, i have two servers 2008 r2 that keep getting 'Class(es) not found: "Win32_PerfRawData_PerfProc_Thread" ' errors (sensor Thread: Context Switches/sec _Total/_Total) restarting the WMI service temporary resolve the issue but it keeps coming back

PRTG version 14.2.9.1799 (happens also with older versions)

Hello,

thank you very much for your KB-Post. The next time, when the sensor shows this error, can you please use our WMI Tester and scan against this particular target with the following query:

SELECT * FROM Win32_PerfRawData_PerfProc_Thread

and take a look at the result you get? Do you get the same error as in PRTG?
