Hi,

In my environment i have two different SNMP community strings and wondering if i can specify both of them in PRTG config so that i can monitor devices on both strings.

Can someone guide me how can i specify more than 1 community string in PRTG configuration for monitoring.

Thanks Ajay 0044-7889037309

Dear Ajay

A sensor can only monitor SNMP for a single public string. To monitor different public strings, please create another device and enter the according public string, then add the sensors you need on that device. You can also clone the original device, change its public string and resume it. (Cloned devices are paused by default.)
