SNMP Cisco ASA VPN status is Down

Currntly i am evaluating PRTG. i am facing issue with "SNMP Cisco VPN Sensor"

we have two Cisco ASA device (5510 and 5512) and both ASA's are have 5 active IPSec tunnels each.

PRTG is showing -

IPSec tunnels as UP for 5512 ASA. but, showing IPSec tunnels as DOWN for 5510 ASA.

Message : there is no active connection for this remote ip address. (code - PE123)

Hello,

may I ask, which exact version of PRTG are you running? Could you please upload some screenshots showing the issue? Just to check, you can add the VPN-Sensors on the 5510 but immediately after adding them, they do show this error? Were the sensors manually added or via Auto-Discovery?

Thanks for reply. i am using PRTG ver. 14.2.10.2255. it was Auto-Discovery.

i coundn't find any option here to past screenshots!!!

NOTE: PRTG is showing IPSec tunnel status for our other ASA device.

Can you please try adding the sensor manually instead? Does it then work?

Yes, i also tried by adding sensor manually but, no luck..
