If you run a "Walk" test against the device in case using our SNMP Tester, does that yield any results? What do you get if you run a "Device Uptime" scan with the Tester?

The uptime scan is not returning a value, so this seems to be a general issue with the SNMP configuration. If you run a "Walk" test using the base OID 1.3.6.1, does that yield any results?

Did you ever figure this out? I have a Cisco 891 router that has been working for a while and all of the sudden I am having the same error you are reporting here. I've rebooted the router and reconfigured SNMP, etc.. but cant get it to read.

Here is the result of my Walk test and Uptime test

Paessler SNMP Tester 5.1.3
4/7/2015 9:57:43 AM (1 ms) : Device: 68.115.133.162
4/7/2015 9:57:43 AM (1 ms) : SNMP V2c
4/7/2015 9:57:43 AM (2 ms) : Walk
4/7/2015 9:57:43 AM (4 ms) : Error: -2007

On the SNMP Walk it appears you did not enter an OID (preferably 1.3.6.1). Please try again with this OID entered.
The failed Uptime scans suggest though, that SNMP connectivity is not possible to this target. That could be due to wrong settings (Port, community string, version) or that SNMP is not enabled / properly configured on the target.
