Notifications user groups drop down menu not reflecting the user groups under Setup

When I am setting up notifications, the user groups from the drop down menu to select the group to receive the notification, is not the same or it is not reflecting the same groups as I have under the user groups in Setup.

It shows a much older version. How do I ensure it reflect the most current user groups?

Have you tried rebooting the core server to see if it will read the configuration properly? If you still get the same results, please send us a ticket to [email protected] so that we can get some screenshots and logs to show the issue better.
