How do you add a sensor(s) on a Cisco 3750 Switch to show what VLAN/Macs/IP's are on a switchport?

I am wanting to add sensors to my PRTG to monitor what Vlan the switchport is configured to (I know i can do show commands on the switch but it would be nice to have it in PRTG), also what mac's and IP/s are connected to that port. I would like to do this with a custom SMNP sensor OR is their an easier way?

this is not possible out of the box with PRTG at the moment.

You would have to use custom sensors to achieve this, sorry.
