Often I become an error if access is denied of the RAM-sensor. So i can't see any values of the RAM. Sometimes there's a message like "80041010: The specified class is not valid." I don't want to become a red error when this happens. I only want to see the values in the list of sensors.

Dear Mr. Everding

If the query of the sensor was not successful, it will go into error state. In principle, this cannot be changed. There are two ways to try to handle this issue.

- If you only get very few of those errors in-between, a PRTG version released within the next weeks will allow to configure a sensor that is first gets to the warning state until there are up to five errors in succession, before the sensor turns red.

- If the error is caused by a device which cannot be reached, please use a ping sensor on that device and the dependency feature https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/dependencies.htm to pause the RAM sensor for the time the target is not reachable.

Mfg Robin Everding

Sehr geehrter Herr Everding
