PRTG Reports

Morning Paessler,

PRTG has started sending a report out on a daily basis that we don't need however I cannot see it on the "Report" page and nor can I see that it has been run on the "Logs" page. Is there anywhere else the report might be stored or anyway to tell how/why it's suddenly started sending out an old report on its own? We are running 13.3.5.2952 x64.

Regards

Rob Hamilton

To determine which report is running, there should be a name at the top of the PDF. If this doesn't match anything that you have, you should make sure to log in with the PRTG Admin account and make sure that there isn't a report that has been created that you cannot access with your normal account.

Other than these options, it's hard to say where the report could be coming from. You can send us an email to [email protected] with a reference to this KB article and we can take a look at the report itself and possibly access the server where PRTG is running to see if we can help locate the ghost report.
