Have you tried to reboot the server since you encountered the error?

Also, what port do you have the PRTG server running on? Would it be possible to send us logs if a reboot doesn't work? You can send them to [email protected]

Yes restarted, but still the same error. Please advise which specific logs you need and where to find them. Thanks.

Please contact [email protected].

Please go to the PRTG program group and start the tool "PRTG Server Administrator". There is an option to upload the logs to our FTP-Server, using the button "Send Logs to Paessler..." on the tab "Logs".

In case the PRTG Server Administrator is not working, please go to "C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Logs (System)" and create a ZIP file of the "Logs (System)" folder. If the file size is <10 MB, please attach the zip file to your email. Otherwise please inform me about the file size.

Hi,

I know that the thread is 2 years old but I've run into the same error. Did you, by any chance, find a solution for this problem?

Update: Seems like a reboot helped. Any idea what caused this error and how to prevent it in the future?

Dear cbbb

The error is quite rare, there is no known solution (beside the one you already found, rebooting the computer.)
