• Mean Time Between Service Failure (MTBSF) – Defines the failure tolerance of the system and the number of hours that it is operational before a failure occurs;

• Mean Time Between Service Incidents (MTBSI) - the mean time from when a service fails, until it next fails. MTBSI is equal to MTBSF + MTRRS

Hello ricksauer

PRTG cannot compute these values by itself. But it is possible to query historic data via the PRTG API and perform any calculation you like by a script. A quick overview of the API can be found here https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/application_programming_interface_api_definition.htm

The actual API documentation can be found in the PRTG webinterface, menu Setup / PRTG API.
