I would like to monitor who is using the wifi I would like to limit some of them

I'm afraid this isn't possible with PRTG "out of the box." Theoretically, it would be possible to write your own sensor, but that would also entail having a sniffing capable dongle that allows to discern the traffic and information in case. You would not be able to use PRTG to limit the same, however.
