AutoUpdate problem

Update is still running (dots are added) for more than one and half hour. Can I stop It? How to resolv? I have never had this problem with autoupdate before.. Thanks

Dear Karel,

This most likely happens if PRTG is not able to shut down the Core Server Service. Could you please try to reboot your PRTG Server and manually execute the latest commercial installer? It's located in the default path "C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\download".

Solved. Restart and manual update from download directory was sucessfull. Thank a lot
