I want to monitor my 6 ESX and each ESX containing plenty of virtual machines. Is it possible that if I enter my Vcenter account in the VMWare credentials, I'm able to monitor my 6 ESX and all of my virtual machines each ESX?

If you want to monitor all of these ESX machines through VCenter you can create a device for your VCenter server, enter in the credentials there and then monitor all of the ESX hosts and their respective VMs. These will be the windows credentials used to access the VCenter server.
