HTTP XML/REST Sensor with "Counter" mode.

I would like to be able to use XML values as counter values with the possibility to configure a sensor in a "difference" mode. It was suggested july 22 2014 in an other post (60991-how-can-i-set-a-custom-xml-sensor-with-counter-mode) to include in the result of a custom EXE/XML script the following xml tag <mode>difference</mode>

Could there not be the same or similar functionnality for a HTTP XML/REST Sensor to allow PRTG to understand the answer to a request which answer cannot be modified.("This will tell PRTG to handle the value for this particular channel as counter")

Hello,

Unfortunately, this is not possible out of the box, sorry.

You can write your own script and use that script with the EXE/Script Advanced Sensor.
