HP 4250 49.5001/49.4C01 Errors after installing PRTG

We have a couple of HP 4250 LaserJet printers installed in our network. But after we installed the PRTG software they all give randomly the 49.5001 or 49.4c01 error in the printer display. The only solutions is to reset the printers... Is it possible that the PRTG software creates this kind of errors?

Hello,

This problem is caused by the compact flash card or Fax Printing and not an issue caused by PRTG. Please contact the HP support
