Network interface auto-discovery

Hello, Apologies if re-asking the same thing again. When I'm using the auto-discovery method, regarding all the interfaces that not connected and not disabled, PRTG Identifies some of the interfaces and some not. For example, if I have two similar interfaces that are not connected and not disabled, PRTG will add only one of them. Please advise. Yaron

Would you be able to use the SNMP Tester from us and run an interfaces scan against the device in question and also post which of the interfaces are being added and which ones are not?

It may be that you should try using a different way of identifying the ports on the device in the SNMP Compatibility settings. If your are using ifDescr for example and 2 ports have the same description, PRTG may not add the ports correctly.
