Ignore alert if port down under 15min

Hi every body,I want to ignore alert if port sensor down under 15min.I configed Sensor Settings/Ping Settings/Timeout (sec.) with value 15min but prtg still down when port down.I hope everyone can help me.Thanks

Hi, I think you got wrong what Ping timeout means. Ping timeout: Is the time the ping program to wait before considering a ping packet lost.

I think the only posibilty to lengthen the status switch to Error is: Scanning Interval -->When a Sensor Reports an Error -->Set Sensor to warning for up to 5 intervals then set to down.

If the scanning interval is set to 3 minutes and the "When a Sensor Reports an Error" setting set to 5 intervals, PRTG will let this sensor go down only if the Ping is down for more than 15 minutes.
