I am planing to monitor all user edge ports for company. By having a monthly report which will summarize the number of switch ports in use and not in use. I tried to use the report function of PRTG but it only shows all sensors statistic of switch port. Is there any way to just show the switch port summarize by using PRTG reporting function?

Hi,

The reporting function of PRTG does not offer to report the number of active interfaces. You might enable Show alarm for all "disconnected" states in the sensor settings of the SNMP Traffic Sensor to set the sensors in an error state. Afterwards you can use the third party tool Status2Email to get a report of all sensors in warning or error state.

Best regards
