Am unable to access PRTG Web site since upgrade

We are running PRTG 15.1.13.1381. Since recently upgrading we cannot access the website on the server where it is installed - reporting the Webpage is unavailable. Via PRTG Enterprise Console it reports "Not Connected (IIS 7.5 detailed error - 404.0 - Not FoundServer". However, accessing via the local loopback address\ICON on the desktop "PRTG Network monitor" 'https://127.0.0.1/home' and can work that way. I'm unsure how to troubleshoot, the website is not defined in IIS. Attempting to add it via IIS using the 'webroot' directory did not work - saying process was already in use.

Hello,

thank you for the KB-Post. PRTG does not use IIS, it has its own webserver. Please use the PRTG Admin Tool to configure PRTG's webserver to listen on all IPs on the host machine. It should then be possible to access it from other machines as well (after a confirming the settings in the Admin Tool and the restart of the PRTG Core Service).

best regards.
