How can i sense a webpage?

that is up completly.. Not 404 Error

Please detail in which sense you want to monitor a webpage "that is up completely".

If you like to measure loading time, please have a look at the HTTP Full Weg Page sensor: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/http_full_web_page_sensor.htm

Otherwise, please clarify what you like to monitor.
