I'd like to pause a sensor from the client before a server is rebooted for maintenance without having to log into the console.

Is this possible?

Hi,

You can use the API of PRTG to pause sensors and devices:

http(s)://PRTG-IP-Address/api/pauseobjectfor.htm?id=objectid&pausemsg=yourmessage&duration=x

Simply replace the ID and enter a duration for the pause and the object will be paused.

Best Regards
