Hi On one of ours probe we get this, on a lot of services: Connection could not be established (Access violation at address 75B8C880 in module 'ole32.dll'. Read of address FEC88032 - Host: 10.105.7.73, User: administrator, Password: **, Domain: ntlmdomain:capidea) (code: PE015)

It is a Windows 2008R2 servers Could you help?

Please take a look at this article There is specifically a post that mentions the same ole.dll and a fix for it under Windows Server 2008 & 2008 R2 WMI Defects

Hi

Thanks for yours reply, i have allready look at that site. But the updates are only for windows 2008, not 2008R2 :(

Which sensors specifically are showing this error? I'm assuming that this error is showing on WMI sensors in which case, I would recommend trying the generic steps in our WMI Troubleshooting guide to see if this helps with this host.
