How do I change the access to my server from HTTP to HTTPS

want to change web a access to server from http to https

At the top bar go to Setup -> System Administration.

Scroll down to the "Web Server" Section and under "TCP Port for Web Server" choose "Secure HTTPS server (recommended, mandatory for internet access) "
