Can a sensor have 2 dependencies

Votes:

Hi everyone.

I was wondering if a sensor can have more than one dependency (I.E it will only scan if 2 or more Others are up)

For Example - we have a set of web servers sitting behind a NLB. When a certain server is having a problem we run a small script that makes the NLB ignore that specific web server. That script updates a simple HTML page that says either up or down. I was able to make PRTG stop scanning the production pages if the script page shows down (actually when it doesn't say up) but I'd like to those sensors depend on other things as well (for example, ping of the device or the IIS Admin service etc.) Is that possible?

Dear David

A sensor have only up to one dependency set. You can build a dependency cascade, for example by putting devices in a group and make the group depended on an object as well.
