How to make icon red while error

I have one question, please give me some advice. problem is:

on my map, while on router is some error, i want that this router icon became red, (not in status bar) router icon must be totally red. after acknowledge, then it should become normal color, it is possible to make like that?

There's a map object like that, it's located under Status Icons > Sizeable Icon on Status Related Background. After acknowledging, it will have a salmon like color, though. This item is compatible with a single sensor as well as a entire device.

thanks for answer. i checked "Sizeable Icon on Status Related Background", but i want that router icon http://postimg.org/image/48ghqp6nv/ to became red, the icon which one is marked on the picture. thanks

Sorry, such a map object isn't available, but feel free to create a custom map object for it :)
