I am trying to connect my 5510 to be monitored by PRTG. I have setup a SNMPv3 user, a Poll/Trap station on the ASA. I am using the SNMP Tester and get this result:

----------------------- New Test -----------------------
Paessler SNMP Tester 5.1.3
3/27/2015 9:41:34 AM (1 ms) : Device: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
3/27/2015 9:41:34 AM (1 ms) : SNMP V3
3/27/2015 9:41:34 AM (1 ms) : Uptime
3/27/2015 9:41:38 AM (4043 ms) : -------
3/27/2015 9:41:38 AM (4044 ms) : DISMAN-EVENT-MIB::sysUpTimeInstance = No response (check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings of device, IPs, SNMP version, community, passwords etc) (SNMP error # -2003) ( 0 seconds )
3/27/2015 9:41:43 AM (8084 ms) : HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrSystemUptime.0 = No response (check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings of device, IPs, SNMP version, community, passwords etc) (SNMP error # -2003) ( 0 seconds )
3/27/2015 9:41:43 AM (8085 ms) : Done

What am I missing in the configuration to get this connected?

it is mandatory being able to receive uptime information from the device you want to monitor.

please make sure that this is possible, otherwise you can not monitor your ASA with PRTG.

Can you specify what I am suppose to be looking for? Is this a setting in PRTG or a config in the ASA? Any further detail in what to check would be very helpful, thank you.

this is a configuration that needs to be made on the ASA. But from a distance and not knowing your configuration we can not tell what you need to change.
