Cluster probe resources go offline ('no data to return') after failover

I'm using a Windows failover cluster (probe) with two cluster nodes that contains disks (wmi probes). Whenever a disk is moved from one cluster node to the other, the disk probe goes offline (red) and an error is returned 'no data to return'. The only way to get it back online (as in to be able to monitor) is to delete the failing disk probe and rescan the entire cluster probe and have it add the disk that is now managed by the other cluster node. It's not possible to rescan or reactivate the failing probe. This is undesirable as everytime a disk is moved between cluster nodes, it fails and has to be deleted/added.

Hi,

Could you please forward some screenshots which show the

  • Error message
  • Sensor settings to [email protected]? Did you enter the cluster IP address or the IP address of the physical machine in the settings of the parent device?

Best regards
