Feature Request: Supress

In the windows enterprise console we have "Alerting for new Alarms" set to "Popup Message" to alert us of new problems. The majority of time this is good - it brings to our attention issues. However at other times it can be downright annoying as alerts continually bring the popup window to the forefront and I end up having to dismiss it over and over again while simultaneously trying to resolve the problem that created the alert to begin with.

I would be great if addition to an ok button there was a suppress button with options like 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours etc, which would tell PRTG not to display the window so quickly again giving me a respite from the barrage of popups.

See the following mockup for what I mean: Mockup

Hello Brad,

Thank you very much for your feedback. We will add your hint on our wishlist, so we can consider it for future releases of PRTG. For more information on how we handle feature requests, please have a look at the blog article
