Data Missing from Logs

We are monitoring a number of Access Points, Disk Space, Network Cards and over a period of a month it is missing some data points. E.G. in a 31 day period there is one point where 30 minutes are missing and one where a day is missing. Is this normal and if not is there any way of getting an accurate measurement of Uptime and this is giving inaccurate data.

For the times where data is mussing in the graphs, please use the Historic Data functionality and check if the data is available.

https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/historic_data_reports.htm

for average interval, make sure you select "No Interval (display raw data)

if the data is available in the historic data report then you have to recalculate your graph cache to fill the gaps in the graphs.

Recalculate PRTG Graph Data Cache

if the data is not available in the historic data report you need to investigate further, why no data was recorded.

Look at the logs tab of the sensor or the device.

I had already taken the raw logs and the data is missing. Here are some extracts from the log. The only common thing I can see is that the traffic is very high around the failure. Is there anything we can do to resolve this issue ?
