Maps access rights for user groups

I need to give access rights for ALL the maps (around 200) to only three user groups...can I do that? I know I can do it in the settings tab in each map...but, is there a faster way to do it and apply it to ALL maps, other than doing it one by one?

Well, you can select all the maps you want and click on the wrench symbol (Settings). There you can set access rights for all the selected maps. Note: I don't know, if this will overwrite any already existing rights.

Hi Andreas, Hi Adrian,

Andreas, you are perfectly right here. Please note that each so called Multi Edit will overwrite all existing settings. In this particular case, you could choose all maps and mark the three groups of interest. If you did not change the access rights for those maps before, it's totally fine.

Best regards
