Browser problem

On a monitor we've always running a browser with the PRTG monitor. Since the last update the browser only shows this monitor for approx. 5 minutes and than we've to login again. We heard this is for security reasons. Is it possible to change the setup for browsers so that it works like before the update.

Unfortunately not. Please have a look at the maps feature within PRTG, which is intended for what you're doing with the webinterface right now :)

Hi Norbert,

Aternatively, you can have a look at the TrayNotifier that can also act as a NOC, showing current alarms to the whole department.

NOC

The TrayNotifier can be downloaded here
