Hi, I try to put the IPMI sensors on a switch, but he ask for username and password... But what are they? Are they the administrator username and its password? Or others?

The IPMI credentials belong in there. Please consult the documentation of the device in order to find out the default credentials and to make sure the device supports it :)

Yes but in the possibility of the device support IPMI, PRTG asks for a password. And in the help menu, there is no information of where do we find it.

It has to be in your device configuration or documentation. You might want to ask the device vendor in case you can't find it
