Terminal Services WMI Sensor

Hello, We have a terminal services farm using server 2008R2. i wanted to monitor the # of users on them etc, which i see that PRTG does with no issues.

however, when i went to go apply the sensor, i get an error message

Class(es) not found: "Win32_PerfRawData_LocalSessionManager_TerminalServices" (code: PE235)

All other WMI sensors work, and adding terminal services sensors to other systems works with no issues.

the only solution i can think of is that we use a NON STANDARD port for RDP. i can see no way to alter this easily in the sensor settings, so i cannot verify that.

is there any way for me to alter the WMI sensor?

Thank you for your time.

Is this happening on only 1 server or all of them? Also, it may be possible that Windows uses a different WMI class when you are dealing with a server farm for terminal services or that the session broker is the only one of the farm with that class.
