The value of the current active connections should be stored in a sub OID of 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.273.1.1.2

Use our SNMP Tester to do a walk on that OID to determine the correct OID holding the active users. Back in PRTG, use a SNMP Custom sensor to monitor that specific OID :)
