Monitoring SSAS with ADO connection

I am trying to connect to an SSAS server is another domain sp i can monitor a few data points. Im having trouble doing this. Im using the ADO monitor because i couldnt get the SQL Server one to work either.

Has anyone successfully setup monitoring in PRTG for SSAS?

Where exactly are you stuck with ADO? Should be the right way to go, since there's no native sensor for that.

Thanks for you reply, I keep getting the error on the sensor.

Access denied. Please check your Windows credentials. (code: PE095)

I assume the windows credentials are set correctly in the device settings and have access to the database?
