Auto Discovery Not Working

PRTG Network Monitor 15.2.17.2804 x64

I am trying to run Auto Discovery and some sites it will work after 5-6 trys, sometimes i have to wait until next day. But i am finding that its not picking up auto discovery like it has in the past. Any suggestions.
