Why did all my probes suddenly disconnect at 4am?

We have 4 probes and all 4 are disconnected. Probe for our servers disconnected last night at 4am when no one is here. Backup ran at 11pm. Rebooted server and restarted all services but did not help. Can someone please advise I am new to PRTG and inherited it when I started current job. Like it but find troubleshooting very difficult.
