Dear Odd Jan,

I'm afraid it's not possible to send out a notification once an alarm is acknowledged. However, if an alarm is acknowledged, PRTG will not send out any further escalation messages (or repeated escalation messages) - if configured -, maybe you could use this feature.

Best Regards.

(To elaborate : There are people who receive PRTG notifications that don't use PRTG itself. It'd be nice to have a standardised way to inform these people that the notification has been seen and acknowledged. Through PRTG itself is the best way for this)
