Event in Windows Application Error Log Not Being Reported by PRTG

Votes:

The event below is being written to the Windows Application Log as an error. PRTG doesn't send us anything, but does appear to send an email from the Windows application error log around the same time that says that says "OK". Thoughts?

thanks,

Todd Knower

Hello Todd,

Please clarify, you're using an WMI Event Log Sensor with a filter to select the event below, the event happens but PRTG does not pick it up correctly?

Could you please contact us from within your PRTG, under Setup > Contact Support. We will require screenshots and other details to be able to troubleshoot your issue.

Please mention this KB article in the further comments field when sending the support bundle.

Best regards,
