Configure sensor Down notifications by email

We have PRTG's licensed version with 500 sensors. I want to configure the notifications when the sensor is down by email. where the email credentials and other details to be configured in PRTG. Plesae give us the detail information.

There are 3 steps in order to configure notifications properly:

  1. In the "System Setup", check the "Notification Delivery Settings".
  2. In the "Account Settings", create/edit notifications for later use.
  3. In an object's settings, create triggers that invoke your notifications.
