PRTG time mistake.

Votes:

There was a brief mistake in the server time and was ahead by 12 hours.

When the timing was fixed, there was some data already collected ahead of time.

Now it is not generating the graph because the collected data timing is ahead.

How can we delete this data which is ahead of time?

When we create a new sensor it works ok.

Regards,

data prtg time

Hi Kefah,

PRTG stores the historic data in the directory

%programdata%\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Monitoring Database

PRTG will create a folder for each day. You can stop the PRTG Core Server Service and delete the future measurements. Afterwards, you can start the Core Server Service and check if the graphs are displayed correctly. If there are still gaps, you can trigger a recalculation of the graphs:

Setup > System Administration > Administrative Tools > Recalculate PRTG Graph Data Cache

Best regards
