Hello osnoop, we appreciate your contact.

Is that a webpage that you have running or is it some other service?

If it's a webserver, you can use the HTTP Sensor, when creating the sensor simply provide the URL with the port appended, ex:

https://www.example.com:18080/

If it is some other TCP service, you could use our Port Sensor instead, in that case create a device with the destination IP/DNS address, add a new port sensor and configure the Port to be:

18080

Best Regards,
