No Receive NetFlow Packets on IP available

I am attempting to add a NetFlow v5 sensor, but in the configuration page it says "No Receive NetFlow Packets on IP available" and the setup fails.

The NetFlow v5 Tester program sees the network interface / IP address and works correctly.

What do I have to do to get PRTG to see the network interface?

ip-address netflow-sensor network-interface

Hello kcohen1017, we appreciate your inquiry.

The error message you're describing is very rare, are you running the latest available version of PRTG?

If there is a newer version available (Under Setup > Auto Update > Check for latest version and download) please download/install the latest version and reboot the PRTG server after the update, then try adding the flow sensor anew.

Please let us know if the update doesn't fix the issue.
