Hi All,

We are using free version of PRTG.

Since yesterday bandwidth graphs are incorrect. Scale has reached up to 3 Gbps. Up on verification I found incorrect entry which is

8/15/2015 5:30:00 PM - 6:30:00 PM 1,371,613,962 KByte 3,147,659 kbit/s 1,370,858,341 KByte 3,145,925 kbit/s 755,621 KByte 1,734 kbit/s 0 % 99 %

If I deselect total traffic and in traffic (Of this spike), I can see regular graph.

how can I delete this specific entry?

Pardon, I meant the spike filter - when you click the small gear within the channel panel, it's in the lower half. You can also set upper and lower limit values for that. Please have a look at the manual: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/sensor_channels_settings.htm

It's under "Spike Filter" on that page :)

You can enable the spike filter in the channel settings - the high values will be discarded then.

Thanks that fixed it.

I also added maximum "vertical access scaling" value and everything is working fine.

Thanks....
