Sensor logged on User (Windows) count wrong

Hello,

i have the problem that my Sensor "Looged on User" count a wrong quantity of User. I can see in the Tastmanager 19 logge don User on a XEN-Server, but the Sensor say 10 logged on Users on this Server. In the Sensor-Settings i have only out the Administrator.

Can someone help me?

Hi mheyder

I assume you talk about XENAPP Terminalserver?

Could it be that those sessions are orphaned ones? Or even systemusers, processes which run as a specific user?

If you turn on the "show usernames" in the sensor, maybe you see which users are not counted.

Okay, dann kann ich ja auf Deutsch weitermachen ;)

Genau, ich spreche von Citirx XenApp-Servern - ich habe die Anzahl im Sensor mit der Anzahl unter - Task Manager - Benutzer verglichen, dort werden einige Benutzer aufgezählt die im Sensor nicht zu sehen sind.

Hmmm... Also bei mir stimmt die Anzah überein. Wie gesagt, sag dem sensor mal "show list of logged usernames" und vergleich mal welche user Dir nicht angeizeigt werden.

Ich habs bei mir mal mit 3 xenapp 6 (2008r2) servern versucht und die zeigen eigentlich immer die effektive Zahl an. (also "last value" stimmt mit den angezeigten user im taskManager überein). Was hast Du denn für Windows Server (2012? 2012r2?)

Wenn Du auf einem TS in den kommandozeile mal "query user" (oder quser) ausführst und die zählst, stimmen die mit dem taskmanager überein?
