How to add multiple devices for one test

Hello Dears,

I just downloaded PRTG 30 days trail version and I need to know if there's any way I can add a test to ping multiple IP's in the internet and record the value.

can this be done through prtg and if yes, How?

Hi Abdulla,

Thank you very much for your interest in PRTG Network Monitor. There are multiple ways to add new devices and create a Ping Sensor, but I think using the Auto-Discovery will be the fastest here.

Create a new group and choose

Sensor Management > Automatic sensor creation using specific device template(s) > Generic Device (Ping only)

This will only create an Ping sensor for multiple sites. You can choose List of individual IPs and DNS names (IPv4) to enter the IP addresses line by line.
